Returns & Refunds Policy

At Sugar Hoof, we want your order to arrive accurately and in good condition.
Because our products are edible treats intended for horses, all sales are generally final. We do not accept returns on opened or used products.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: hello@sugarhoof.com
Please include:

- your order number
- a brief description of the issue
- photos of the item and packaging, if applicable
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

- opened or used products
- issues reported more than 7 days after confirmed delivery
- orders purchased in error after they have shipped, unless otherwise required by law
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@sugarhoof.com
If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to cancel it. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Refund Timing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
